Can women use these products?
Of course. I guess I just figured men would be more interested, but if you want to be a sexy ripped woman, then go for it.
I’m interested in trying this product, but what kind of workout routine did you do?
I haven’t varied my workouts at all since I started using this product. I wouldn’t call myself a gym rat or anything. The supplements just gave me that extra boost to turn the corner and really get ripped. I try and get in 4 workouts a weeks and maybe a half hour of cardio 4 times a week. Nothing crazy.
Were you on any special diet while taking the supplements?
Nothing out of the ordinary for me. I always try to eat healthy though.

How much weight can I expect to lose?
